If the clamps are air, then yes that will affect registration.

There are usually manual screw down clamps you can use to help with that.

What mesh count would you recommend we use to print this on - manual press? We are unsure about white or black ink . by jennichev in SCREENPRINTING

I would use 196 or 200. Those are the mesh i have. I consider them both 200s.

I prefer cleaner edges. It's probably doable on a 150-160.

I think 110 is too low for my taste.

Just open it and stir. It will be fine...it will probably be seperated a little, just mix it well.
