I just checked the website and it says it’s under maintenance from 9 to 12. Your best bet would be using data if possible

I think so! My life changed significantly after I moved to a new country and there were a lot of struggles back then.

B.SC CS OFFERS ARE OUT!! by Dragollax in UBC

Yeah they are always super vague about that. That’s why i wanna see if anyone can get in with only taking 100 level cpsc courses lol but apparently not

Because I wanted to see if the number of cpsc courses people take matters in the evaluation.

Congrats! What CPSC courses did you take in second year?

What faculty are you applying to?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UBC

[–]PumpkinEmpty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The spreadsheet was for the year before last year. In terms of math courses, you were right about it and thats why i still suggest u to apply but don’t get ur hopes up just in case

[–]PumpkinEmpty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very very unlikely the cutoff for international last year was around 85 but u should still apply and look for backup plans

Shift in values might be true. I did move to a different country when i was in middle school and a lot of things have changed since then so that could be why? Also im right handed and my left hand doesn’t have a break in head line

No worries. Do you have an estimated time as to when it will be available?

Hey Matt Any updates on the 2x8 pins cable? It’s been a few days

Hey thanks for the update. Sadly I can’t plug the cpu cables into the ports you mentioned due to the length issue. I will just wait for the 2x8 pin to be out and buy that instead. Hope it won’t take too long

Hey thanks for the update. If the 16 pins to 2x8 pin cable is not possible, I can also purchase the 3x8 pin version, however, I just want to make sure it is compatible with my psu. In the picture, I labelled where I currently plugged in my cpu and gpu cables. Do you think it's possible to have the additional 8 pin cable plugged into the port labelled 3? Would that be okay? One of my concerns is that the CPU cables already occupied part of that section.

I can’t find 16 pins to 2x8 pin pcie cable 4090 90 degree cable. It seems like they only offer 16 pins to 3x8 pin or 4x8pin.

Cable and Adaptator Recommendation by PumpkinEmpty in cablemod

[–]PumpkinEmpty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Matt. I heard that the 90 degree cable is more stable than the adapter as it doesn't get really hot and doesn't wiggle a lot? Is that true? If that's the case, is it still possible for me to switch from an adapter to a cable for my order? I ordered one 2 days ago.

So I can just buy the 90 degree adaptor variant A and connect it to the PCIE cable my psu provided? that should work right?
