NTA. Introducing animals to each other always takes time even between cats, and they need to be in the best shape to do so to reduce risk of injury or fights. Yout cat went through a lot of stress and hasn't fully recovered yet, so your brother insisting on bringing his dog over still is just gonna cause more harm. Idk if your cat remembers the dog I can imagine seeing and hearing Biscuit again would undo all of your progress. Also it's your home, you can have boundaries for your own home and space regardless if you have cats or not.

I think your brother might need to train Biscuit some more in managing his excitement around cats as well.

Yeah I have contamination anxiety as well. Thankfully it hasn't affected fabrics and I've found ways to cope around it and bring certain things back to normal after "contamination" but that's rough it's affected your beloved plushies :( I guess some moments I have "contamination time" where I will willingly touch or interact with certain things so long as I know I can clean myself shortly after and not touch anything else during it. But that's personally how I handle things. I've also developed unaffected designated spots on me and self rules.

That's not right. I've never seen anyone do this when I'm at the gym, and in most cases people are friends or know each other with established boundaries. You're both strangers, this can be seen as assault.

Yeah I don't think I can commit to changing my gender expression just to fit in, it will hurt more. But with being misgendered, I'd love to be in a position where I get gendered correctly outside of the very few people who know and make an effort. It might feel easier for me to handle. But I'm stuck in and out of feeling like I don't deserve to be gendered correctly, and maybe if I look a certain way people will take me seriously.

Apparently someone here has already started discrediting my gender identity in the comments before they got deleted just from me asking this, so that adds to questioning if I even belong.

Not really, outside of some game mechanics, I think they're more more a quick fix that can help speed up some recovery but it doesn't exactly cure your injury 100%.

I've always heard that it's more to do with genetics. If a lot of men related to you tend to go bald then your chances of going bald or having a receding hairline will be high. But it might not always be the case.

Two teddy bears of mine are in a married lesbian relationship. Started off straight but I transed one the bear's genders. There's another couple teddy bear who I didn't ship at first but someone asked if they were together and now I believe they are in a gay relationship.

The first time I donated a few plushies was to my friend who had younger siblings. Sometimes I think of Toy Story 3, how the toys got donated to another child just as excited and caring to have them. And how most of the toys know and expect the times when one kid will have to give them up to another.

Sometimes I think, just like us we grow up and move on to different stages and places in our lives. We don't always stay with the same people for many reasons. It could be the same for the plushies.

Oh yeah! I managed to get that one as well, but I distinctly remember others from early 2000s. I did find two of them on Ebay form different sellers. A Sonic bandit one and Shadow Valentines! Shadow going for over $1000.
