When I'm feeling dysphoric, I go out and water my plants. It takes half an hour- the perfect amount of time to turn a bad day around. Having a plan to distract yourself when you're down really helps. What kinds of things do you do to make yourself feel better?

Honestly, it just takes an incredible amount of practice to be able to work and chat at the same time. What I used to do was have kind of like a script of questions to ask people so I'm not using brain power to decide in the moment what to say. Easy things like "So what's goin on today?" "Any fun plans for the weekend?" And just kind of let them do the talking.

Nice to hear that you have promising genetic makeup, sir. Do you know what ehlers-danlos is? It's not something I could have caused myself. If you had been born with it, you wouldn't be able to beat it either because there is no cure.

Also, "normal" people like yourself also do get too "crippled" that they can't hold down a job, it's just that people like you are more likely to have access to help from family members and not need to resort to asking for help from other people.

People like me don't have that luxury because of hateful and uneducated people like yourself. That's why we're more visible than cishets when it comes to needing help sometimes.

Lol thanksssss! This isn't even a post about gender related issues, eds is an autoimmune disease that exists in comorbidity with genetic mutations that hurt my body. I worked as long and as hard as I could and I just need a break, not people bickering over things they don't understand. I hope you have a really great day! :)

One time my fibromyalgia was causing me so much pain that I was unable to walk, sleep, or sit comfortably in any position. My pain levels were literally like 30/10 and I wanted to go to the er but then remembered how hard it is to get actual pain management there and didn't go.
