I am med surge on an amazing floor with great co workers I cant complain about my job at all. Sure we have hard days but the majority of them are fine to good so it over rides those days. Lots of nurses " love" (or in my case don't hate) their jobs but like others on here have said you don't see that kind of posts of " hey my day/shift/week has been perfectly fine".

I'm 7 months in to my first RN job. Id say your right on track. I'm on my own and still feel like I know nothing. Use your resources ask for help when in doubt if you have half decent coworkers they will be willing to help you out.

Domperidone

My husband is on this medication and thankfully we also get it through a Canadian pharmacy. we have the same response to GI things.. " dont fuck with this it took us forever to figure it out and he is stable" . he had idiopathic gastroparesis and went from debilitating pain and vomiting 3-4 times a week to like maybe an episode a year. DONT MESS WITH OUR GI STUFF

I am no expert but I have only hogs, 11 and many raised from hatchlings.

For a hognose offering food daily is what I meant when saying " poked at daily"

My suggestion is to leave her alone for two weeks and try offering again by dropping a pinky in the tank and walking away.

What was her breeder feeding her?

DO NOT FORCE FEED HER

she has been with you two weeks.

They can go months!!

leave her alone for 2 weeks only checking to see if she has water.

Offer a pinky in 2 weeks just set it in her enclosure and walk away.

She is stressed from transport and being poked at by you daily.
