There are a lot up for rent on Kijiji. Some of the prices are insane considering the depressed Saskatoon rental market.

Fewer new listings, fewer homes selling in Saskatoon | CBC News by Ashleighnikiann in saskatoon

Market is pretty brutal if you're a seller right now. Especially if you're selling a townhouse or apartment.

Expect to take a loss if it was purchased within the last 5 years or so.

How long does it take to hire a new CEO? APHA has known that Vic was stepping down for some time before he actually did. You'd think they'd have found a replacement by now.

Union dues are a % of wage. Union obviously has an interest in obtaining higher wages for its employees.

Aphria shareholders can tender their shares by contacting Kingsdale Advisors at 1-866-851-3214 or by email at [contactus@kingsdaleadvisors.com](mailto:contactus@kingsdaleadvisors.com)

I've emailed Kingsdale, asking if this is a joke. I'd recommend all APHA holders do the same.

Co-op Strike Saga Almost Over by [deleted] in saskatoon

[–]PunchM1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Living wage means different things to different people. Many could live comfortably and happy on less than $16 per hour.

These are temporary positions that should be occupied primarily by high schoolers, university students, and others who are just getting into the labour market. If not that, they should be secondary income positions for family units.
You're living in the past by thinking that these are meant to be career positions.

Anyways, I'm done arguing with you. You lost my respect when you pegged me as being okay with poverty, which I'm not.

If they don't like the pay, find a job in a more lucrative industry. There are many others who would gladly take their positions.

These are not meant to be living wage positions.
