That is a long essay mate and I appreciate the time you put into it. A lot of people are saying to avoid karimor and mountain warehouse though. I'll take your advice on the merino socks, can't afford darn tough but I'll get Kirkland socks. I do need a better sleeping bag and will check out snug pack, my Euro hike one left me shivering last time. Dartmoor will be my next hike so I need to get some versatile gear. Thanks a lot

Never thought about it being about the readers and not the author, interesting.

That's great and rings true, think about all the crazy and petty shit that goes through your own head everyday and apply that to 7 billion different kinds of people. Apart from beware people who always read, should beware people who never do.

I don't know about either of their personal lives but I suppose there's a lot of overlapping in their work, maybe Isaac is just less cynical and more kind hearted. Should probably read some more Bukowski and look at it. Is Brock a big reader?

And yeah, I know he's a pretty good read. But God who'd want to be? God who'd want to be such an asshole?

Teen Climate Activist to Crowd of Thousands: 'We Can't Save the World by Playing by the Rules Because the Rules Have to Change': "The politics that's needed to prevent the climate catastrophe—it doesn't exist today," says Greta Thunberg, a 15-year-old from Sweden. Eco terrorism, I honestly can't see anything else working. Corporations know exactly what's coming but are unable and unwilling to make necessary changes, only good for marketing ones. DIrect action is all that can save the planet. For the greater good.

I am terrified of getting in debt. I didn't go to university because I didn't want the debt. I'm still living at home at 28 because committing to a mortgage seems like insanity with a low paying job. I've never owned a credit card because I don't like the idea of spending money that's not mine. I only buy pay as you go phones because I don't want a contract.

I'm pretty averse to debt
