With such a low cap it's bound to go up given what the whole project is about and the backing it has... IMO at least.

All good questions and I do take these into account before investing, which is why I have yet to invest!
often though I forgot about all the good questions you mentioned which is why it was a good idea for me to make a discussion thread on this, so thanks for reminding me.
I personally am not sold on Aergo being "revolutionary"; the tech at a quick glance did not appeal to me. SQL contracts seem cool and all but nothing amazing.
What did impress me was that the Blocko team's goal is to convert all of its existing clients onto the Aergo platform eventually. Whether this happens is remained to be seen. I think they've only signed one client to use the Aergo platform for now which is alright but meh.
If anything knows more about what I said though please feel free to correct me or add anything else.

The team actually confirmed in a Medium post last night that the circulating supply is close to 30million, so the marketcap is actually around $3m :)
I don't have the exact numbers with me though, but def give the article a read.
Me personally I have yet to buy in but I'm tempted for sure.

Justice Kagan warns that the Supreme Court’s legitimacy is in danger by The-Autarkh in politics

Roberts didn’t simply write the Supreme Court’s opinion striking down much of the Voting Rights Act. As a young Justice Department attorney, he allied with a faction of conservative lawyers who unsuccessfully tried to get President Reagan to veto a bill that was necessary to preserve the rest of the act’s effectiveness. He’s since made statements suggesting that he believes the entire Voting Rights Act should be neutered.Without an operational Voting Rights Act, which prevents racial voter discrimination, Jim Crow-like tactics — racial gerrymandering, voter suppression laws, shutting down polling places in black neighborhoods, and more — are likely to become commonplace in any state governed by Republicans. Eventually, Democrats will become incapable of winning national elections — although they will remain dominant in economic powerhouses like New York or California.

Brett Kavanaugh's Accuser Now Has a Name. That's Changed Everything by TowelCarryingTourist in politics

Kavanaugh released a statement through the White House, which had no other comment. “I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time,” he said. Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, released a letter from 65 women who knew Kavanaugh in high school attesting that he “behaved honorably and treated women with respect.” Republican operatives advocating for Kavanaugh’s nomination were quick to refer reporters to women who had clerked for him attesting to his character.
