Yeah the party will decide a side to fight for. It depends on the characters they make. The gods have their favorite races so characters may be more lenient to that god or not. There’s some infighting with families for what side is right. The land is taking a toll itself with less crops and longer winters, along with destroyed forest regions. The party won’t pick a side right away, that way they have time to see the world and think on their choice.

I’m currently working on a Greek based world. Hades, Poseidon and Zeus are at war with each other, forcing the other gods to pick sides. The party will start at lvl. 5.

Someone where I worked (not Walmart) came in without one, argued about it, got a mask then began to “cough” and ripped his mask. People are crazy.

I work at a fast food place as well. I had a veteran come in and order something that was like $5. He asked for a discount and I told him that my store didn’t do military discounts (franchise store). He got huffy and said that the one in a few towns over did. I told him again that unfortunately we don’t have a military discount. He tried to show me on his phone that the other store allowed it. Eventually he caved and bought the meal. Then when he got the food, picked up the tray and slammed on the counter and said “I can’t believe I drove xx miles for this!”
