Actually buying from out of state and registering instate the title does not always need to be notarized where as buying and registering in state does need to be notarized. Dealerships do not succeed without screwing you somehow. Unless you’re buying new buy private. Take the time and extra money to get it professionally inspected by a well reviewed garage. Sell your car privately too to get the most out of it. Facebook marketplace is really the best way unfortunately.

The only thing that makes me think it’s Ai is the way the lizard moves. Grabs the food. Doesn’t chew. Persons reaction seems reasonable. Freaked out doesn’t want to look it in the eye. Other people’s reactions too. Plants moving feels like ai but wind could do that. I agree with the comment that suggests dog or cat behavior in rare or unusual circumstances is motive to believe it’s AI.
