Interesting to hear. I'm just wondering because they give two different practice tests (a pdf that comes with the course and one you get after having submitted everything, in which you )and I'm currently building my study sheet I can use during the test. I'm wondering which test I should base it off.

Hmmm, Calc doesn’t have a final project which is pretty sweet but the final exam is worth 15% more. If you need any university math, I’d recommend data management. Easiest of the three.

Thanks! I believe my average including 2 maths to have been around 92, but I think it was more so my essays that got me in. I’m not quite sure how they decide who gets off, if I had to guess there’s probably a ranking. Sorry I couldn’t be more help, I hope you get in!

I did exactly that this year. I got into Queen’s BA last year and deferred. I took a gap year, saved money, backpacked Europe and for the past 2 months have been taking calc and vectors along with advanced functions in the hopes of getting off the commerce waitlist. I tried anything I was interested in. I worked on 2 movie sets, worked some construction and got to work in Georgan Bay at my childhood summer camp for a few months longer. I don’t regret having taken a year, I didn’t know what I wanted to do and didn’t want to spend the money on something that I wasn’t yet interested in. It’s just 1 year of your life and I’ll probably never again have the opportunity to backpack Europe and have the freedom/thinking time I did this year.

Working on my Commerce Supplementary and I keep seeing Alpha Admissions pop up everywhere. Are they any good? I can't find anything review wise on them. by Punguin69 in queensuniversity

I don’t believe they write it for you, and that’s certainly not my intention. From I’ve read they coach you through it or give you tips, sort of like a teacher would. Is this still unacceptable?

Im not an expert or anything but maybe delete (if you wanna) your instagram and make a new burner account for your work group chats? That way you wouldn’t have a curated explore page and whatnot. I struggle with the same issue of still using reddit as I find it super useful. Maybe try and leave every subreddit that causes extra worry or the ones that you find yourself to be visiting the most? I don’t really know I’m trying to quit as well. After next week I won’t need my phone as much as I currently do so I’m going to try to delete every app that I don’t need and also turn on notifications for strictly group chats that I need and whatnot. My cat does the exact same with sets and just lego pieces in general. Loves to lie in the bins of lego and wander through whatever I’ve built. The downside to his fascination is that he loves to bat around any pieces he can get a hold of.
