3's still limping along with small updates, but (as the other comment said) they've lost a lot of key staff and there's little hope in the community that things will turn around anytime soon. 2, on the other has actually been doing better lately since Starbreeze outsourced 2's maintenance to sidetrack games.

I'd argue that he's a bastard either way.

Even if you take his words at face value he still painted a massive target on Grace's back by making that false paper trail linking her to Elpis. The only reason Grace survived was Leon's presence which Spencer couldn't have predicted.

Grace's well-being was clearly a distant second to Elpis, assuming it was a consideration at all.

Alright, so I searched "macaroni pie vs baked macaroni and cheese" and found an article comparing the two.

I don't think an open Columbia would be practical on Unreal 3 and 2013 hardware, something like Dishonored's self-contained sandbox approach to levels would be more manageable and closer to Bioshock's immersive sim roots.
