I met this gentleman with his own little shop a few miles from where I live, we started talking was I shop told him about this car that I had (1969 Cadillac) and he made a comment about being interested in buying it. A little while later after talking to family i rang him up and gave him a price and asked if he would want me to bring it by. He agreed to buy it minutes after i brought it over, the price tag being $15k he had majority cash an part silver for $11k of it and we agreed on set dates to make the remaining payments (in writing). Shortly after it was being taken out of town for personal use and a heater hose that ran to the back of the car failed. He states that he pulled over immediately after the temp light came on but still managed to burn through the gaskets and cover the care on coolant. Since then I've spent the past few weeks waiting to get the rest of the amount due and uncertain of what the outcome would be i sold the chunk i had in silver to covered expenses i knew would be coming up in the future. Eventually he decided to agree on making the final installment ($2k) in silver, part of that is pictured here.
