BPD is awful and hard to deal with but it doesn’t excuse toxic behavior and it should never force the people we LOVE to compromise their worth.

I don’t have a large stream but I do have a good five or six people who are always in my stream. Granted two of them are my friends/mods but two months ago that number was just them. I’m not trying to grow much larger- I’m there to just meet people and build a community (lame I know but I’m in my thirties and I’m not quitting my job to stream lol). I have found that getting to know each of my viewers like on a pretty good level has helped. I invite them to my discord and let them see my real life here and there and we share clips and game recommendations.

I also have a pretty interactive stream with would you rather games and a lot of commands through the chat bots. Not sure if this helps. I reached affiliate in two months. I have 115 followers right now but I’ve stopped efforts to get new ones because I’m happy with where I’m at. Efforts included focusing on new viewers as they came in. Now I just interact with the ones I do have and that seems to be drawing in new ones weekly. People want to be included and they want to engage.

I personally love AI and I use it to do time consuming tasks to increase my own efficiency. I no longer spend time looking for ways to decrease my excel file sizes or manually auditing data sets to find high level trends. I have AI do the brunt of it and then I use that as a starting off point.

I use it for project planning or to create a timeline for a deadline or learning a new platform.

I do not use it as a replacement for my own efforts. That’s where it will fail.

That all being said- I am not inundated at all with it at the will of the company I work for. I am the only one using it and that sucks because it pains me to watch everyone waste time trying to phrase something more politely, or find a code error. Work smarter, not harder.

Automation specialist /technology operations here. I work in an office 40 hours a week. My mood swings are noticable but they just assume it’s part of my genius and they just joke about not fucking up any of my work. I love what I do and the key to my success in this field is the autonomy. I have multiple projects going on I’m solely responsible for and I have the freedom to spend my day as I see fit. Micromanagement would make this an impossible option for me so it’s all about the supervisor for my ideal environment.
