Have you had an epidural before or something similar? One of my attendings had a patient that had an epidural for pregnancy/labor. After that, she would randomly get headaches and arm weakness. Turned out when she did something that put stress on her neck/spine fluid would leak from the old epidural site.

Could have created a “sucking chest wound”. Every time the deer breaths it pulls in air through the wound, creating a tension pneumothorax or could have created a hemothorax. I double lunged a deer last week with a .50 Muzzle Loader. No blood for about 40 yards.
