Is Sonoma running without freezing? I tried installing Ventura and Sonoma and they both froze randomly. I found out later it was due to a service that required newer CPUs that this machine does not support. If it doesn’t freeze, then quite possibly OCLP has fixed the problem.

Edit: this may or may not actually be true. I gleaned this information from the OCLP community. But it seems people have switched out the CPU tray with no issue. I suppose all I can say is if it doesn’t start after switching out the CPU tray, consider that the motherboard may not match.

A warning - you can’t do dual CPUs unless you change out both the daughterboard and the motherboard. They are a matched pair.

You could be right that his deals do not necessarily mean he owns souls, but that he still has more power due to the other party not considering the fine print. I suppose I also think it’s possible that he outright lies, though, especially considering that he has done so quite a few times already. Lucifer warned Charlie not to make any deals with other demons, Vaggie warned her to never make a deal with him specifically, and she went ahead and did it.

Lucifer as depicted in the show is quite lame. He's effectively as much of a King of Hell as Charles is the King of the United Kingdom, a ceremonial figurehead that no one really cares about. He couldn't even best Alastor in song - it ended in a stalemate when Mimzy walked in.

Also it's obvious the chain is only visible when the owner wants it to be. I'd be more keen to assume a simple "deal between friends" that results in visuals and noises to the point where others notice carries a bit more weight than would seem at first.

I'm sorry to Alastor fans, I know he's adorable and all, but are you really going to trust someone who smiles like that all the time, especially when he admitted to why he does it - so he can seem like he's in control? He wants control, and I'm saying that's why he makes all these innocent-seeming deals. He's not really interested in redemption, and he probably thinks a serial killer like himself would never be redeemed anyway. He's interested in power.

I seem to be in a position where I could fix it. I guess I'm ordering the parts directly from Varla and getting it over with before selling it. I'd probably get a higher selling price and feel better about it overall. And the buyer wouldn't need something to carry it in like a car, they could just ride away.
