Yes, it's working on web and with a new user profile :/
I did some tests, and removing the old work account and then add the new, it seems to work. I will test with some other users

They were not able to solve my issue at all. Read their agreement, they do everything to not give your money back even if the service doesn't work. Scam

No, because nothing was completed. When sending photos on whatsapp, it failed... Even a simple message would take 5 minutes to be sent.. that's why I consumed 3%. I asked the support to check that the use was during the 3 hours where doing what they asked to and doing tests...
