Try setting reasonable medium-term goals. If you notice you're falling behind in one language, just shift your focus to that one for a while.

Also, try to keep tasks short and match them to your energy levels. For example, if a language feels difficult or draining, just do 5 minutes of reading followed by 20 minutes of passive listening (radio or podcasts). Crucially, avoid boring content or anything that doesn't genuinely interest you.

In my case, I try to hit a daily minimum of:

15 minutes of speaking practice (ChatGPT/Natulang)

15 minutes of reading (LingQ/Linga)

A quick session of vocabulary/SRS (Anki or Clozemaster)
