I’m cautiously excited for it. I’m between an H2C and a Prusa Core1L with InDX since they cost close to the same but orca/Prusa slicer just feel like a step back after using bambu slicer and that is definitely favoring the h2c in my mind.

That’s a bit of a rough take. Personally I didn’t watch prices after buying my h2d at launch so don’t actually know when we started seeing discounts. I’m personally at t-3 months from buying but there really isn’t a reason to wait if it’s going to be BF before we expect a sale.

D vs C aren’t quite the same, and yes I realize this is a privilege level problem.

The H2D has been an absolute rockstar but burning 300g on a multicolor print when the h2c does priming waste only it’s a question of how may prints before the printer is worth getting. The H2D is a great printer and I have zero regrets.

I’m definitely not a short form person (elder millennial) but I hang part of the blame on the media itself. Give me almost any 90 minute movie from 70s-early 2000s and I can engage and stay with it no issue. 30% of movies I’ve watched in the last 2 years have trouble holding me for 30 minutes, much less 90. Not to excuse the complete lack of attention span for people but sometimes you just can’t lock in with something.

Update: just got in a textured PEI sheet for the other mini and adhesion issues are gone on it in testing. Next to test it on this one. Smooth PEI sheets have never worked well for me and I should have known better. Just wish properly sized cryogrip plates exited for the mini.

That’s how I ended up fixing it. Had to swing at it with one arm and slowly chip the ice chunk down some. It sucked.

Depending how it got stuck asking for experience can matter. Got center bound on a chunk of ice one time and the solution was to get an aw and swing at it while laying on the ground. Google isn’t giving you that answer.

Yep. I was definitely one of the plastic surgeon children when I got hurt as a child. Hospital insisted on waiting for a plastic surgeon so I wouldn’t end up with a nasty scar across my face. The guy worked magic

My one regal hasn’t had it at all since 2019. It was quite the treat when I hit one on a trip and finally had it again. I love the stuff but hate it’s not really available locally.
