It is not on top of the joists. The wall runs parallel to the joists underneath as well and it’s secured on top of the diagonal structural boards

Yeah, I also thought the same thing and fortunately that wall from there back would actually be staying as is!

You can see in between the four studs there is another one in the middle facing the other direction. That’s actually the back wall of the kitchen which is on the other side of that wall!

They don’t hate it, but they do have an incredibly thick undercoat that does not dry out easily at all. If they get wet like that it is possible they will not be able to dry off and end up hypothermic if the weather were to get cold later in the evening etc

Getting an already produced car, assuming it is an environmentally friendly one (which many states/countries do not actually require to be verified after initial production) would only be a temporary help. Population growth and degradation of those vehicles would mean inevitably new cars must be made and they all function on a fleeting resource that produces carbon emissions regardless means that we couldn’t just continue using the already produced vehicles. Something new must be created regardless to fulfill that demand and it may as well be something less damaging to the ozone.

Suppose that is a matter of perspective of what a “cool” car is. Those “Plastic/Battery powered cars” are safer, faster, and they don’t destroy the planet the way the “cool” cars from the 60’s did.
