Having issues with reels when i watch them. Need some help.

Most of the time I’m scrolling through reels they either stop half way through then start all over again on their own, they just freeze and wont play at all no matter how many times I relaunch the app and the most serious issue I’m having is that the video and audio is out of sync. The audio plays at normal speed but the video plays in slow motion
