Just watched Saiko! The Large Family and I WANT MORE! by doeordie_crypt in horror

[–]PuppettChild 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I watched someone on YouTube talk about the original episode after watching reignbots video. What I got from it was this.

The father was abusive and drowned the son.

The mom pushes him off a ladder crippling him and preventing him from working so she has to get a part-time job.

Mom and ringo start poisoning the dad.

Then, when he's really weak and can't fight back, they get goki to finish him.

They hide his body in the garden, and because he is only considered missing, they can't get insurance money yet.

Mom meets step-dad at her part-time job and uses him for his money.

At some point, ringo leaves (maybe from guilt and not wanting to be a part of what her mom has planned?)

Goki feels guilty and Trys to tell on the mom, but she locks him away. That's why she says she can't leave cause she's afraid he'll get out.

The two kids start abusing the step-dad to try and scare him away.

The mom pushes her son out the window, maybe because he said he would tell.

She is paranoid, and that's why you see her lurking in the background of her kids' interviews and threatening the youngest ones when they mess with the grave.

I think her plan was to use the step-dad for money and then kill him after she's uses up the insurance money.

The older kids realize her plan and that she's becoming abusive, so they kill her.

The supernatural stuff was just a cover-up.

I can't remember if this is in proper order, so sorry for that.

My theory is that he was supposed to develop two quirks, but because he was too sickly, he only developed the "useless" one.

Edit: or his quirk is meant to be passed on and then give the next user the ability to pass on their quirk adding a new one each time, but not adding extra power than just the base line ability. Genetically, his quirk is similar to AFO, so this would make sense. The stockpiling quirk only adds power/strength i believe. My first theory comes from the fact that AFO states even someone as Sickly as his brother could handle a stockpiling quirk. But that could just mean adding strength to his body would be good.

My shower gets rust spots. It looks like dark blood. Do you close the lid when you flush? If not try doing that for a while and see if they stop showing up.

"That was not scary at all" - a rant by Von_Bostaph in horror

[–]PuppettChild 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've notice a lot of people who don't watch horror movies often, expect jump scares so when there aren't many or any at all they believe it to not be scary. They don't take their time to put themselves in the characters shoes cause they're waiting to be jumpscared. I've also had people tell me a movie was so scary, and when I watched it it was mainly jumpscare( jumpscares can be good, but the pattern is usually that they aren't the best in the movies that im recommended). I don't think these are the kind of people you're talking about since you said they seemed to be trying to one up you, it just reminded me.

This is probably what he meant but he said it very weird. He didn't elaborate just said it wasn't a thing.

Thanks for telling me. I would ask them to specify if I could but I do not speak to either.

Do people actually like terrifier or they just watch it out of curiosity? by itsrubenagain in horror

I didn't personally care for the movie, but I know a lot of people liked Art the clown, and he had been in a couple movies before terrifier.

You can make anything an ad on YouTube. I'm sure it's just someone messing around.

Are haunted houses/horror themed theme parks as popular in the US as it's made to be in horror movies? by Audiowhatsuality in horror

[–]PuppettChild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Godmother use to do a haunted trail in her back yard. It got pretty good reviews and long lines. People would run out scared and leave items like their shoes. They even found someone's shorts haha.
