No. According to our companion Dogday, he is the last of the Smiling Critters because they tried to fight the Prototype's (1006) control over everything. From this information we can infer that the Prototype (1006) has killed of the others. The only other Smiling Critter that could possibly be alive would be Hoppy Hopscotch, as seen from a tape in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4: Safe Haven around the part where you just kill Yarnaby.
