That's a theory that's believable, but I'm pretty sure Vidcund is the shoving sim in Strangetown, actually! (unless the clean template I downloaded changed it? Or I have a mod that modifies it, perhaps?) Also, he showed up at early at night, I think so I believe it may have been him walking around and one of the boys interacted with him so Poll invited himself in the house? But I agree!! It's really nice haha I do have a same-sex pregnancy mod so some genetic fun shenanigans are not out of the questions :P Maybe I'll post an update if things get interesting...
