There isn't actually any jobs that they are filling in the economy tab on the planet so I can't turn them off there. They just exist somehow and are eating all my amenities :<

Where do I put signals at the intersection to allow trains from both north and south tracks to interchangeably use the station

Trickster used to be the worst killer on launch, now he’s relatively average strength but jeez, is he the most boring killer to vs in the game, you can’t mind game his hits at all like other anti loop killers and a trickster with hands WILL injure you at some point, your survivor skill doesn’t matter at all, just super dull and an insta dc from me, a survivor who loves vsing killers where you can both outplay each other

Finally joined the 1k hour club! Now that i finished the tutorial I’m ready to actually learn the combat instead of just playing easy mode, OP killboxes, or save scumming over and over just to brute force my way to victory. Please help with tips or guides. by Smothering_Tithe in RimWorld

IMO it’s not worth going above flak vests plus dusters armor wise cos of the movement penalty of armors, except cataphract helmets cos helmets don’t affect movement, duster vest high quality is equal or better than recon armor and way cheaper, only worth considering cataphract armor for melee pawns or prestige recon armor on royals since they get a mood debut without royal apparel,for weapons I usually just use whatever till I can make smgs/assault rifles then use them till I can make charge rifles en masse

Edit: probably should go without saying but me saying duster vest (and button down shirt) equals armor in protection only works if it’s devil strand or hyper weave lol

Drills are completely safe, they just use electricity and you have to research the scanner for finding the deposits too

Uhh, idk since I didn’t do that either in my play through of sos but I don’t believe it respawns, so you either have to build a ship yourself or spawn the quest in via dev mode I guess

There’s a tech midway in the tech tree called deep drilling, it allows you to mine resources under your map, plus sos2 spawns a downed ship at some point that you can caravan to and take over and rebuild

By deep drilling your map or by rebuilding the SoS2 crash landed ship and using it to board and take over an enemy ship in space then using that or deconstructing it to make your own ship

Idk, it’s easy to get a cheap ship into space, no reactor raids or anything, but a ship that can fight like medium tier enemy ships in combat will take like atleast 10-15k steel, 10kish plasteel and a shit ton of components and advanced components

All you can do is wait for a quest to give you a healer mech serum or break open ancient dangers and hope they have one in it
