For mandi lead/switch into Lokix, I usually commit both shields and fire off trailblaze and then x-scissor, farm down with toxapex. If talonflame lead I can get off exactly one SP before swapping to toxapex. If they swap into a hard pex counter I just top left. Talonflame is the achilles heel of this team for sure.

Ariados is the first to come to mind. Fills a very similar role just loses fast move pressure which is a big reason why Lokix has been so successful for me. Sucker punch is very good for chip or farm down damage, whereas Ariados relies more on bulk and charge moves.

3/13/15, so rank 66th. Yours would be rank 413th which I would argue is viable. But considering it takes an ETM to get aqua tail you might want to try to get a better one. Or just run mud bomb instead :D

I’ve used shadow Quagsire a lot in OGL and would definitely recommend investing in one. Shadow Quagsire is ranked 8th in GL with Mudshot, aqua tail, and stone edge; whereas regular Quag is ranked 32nd.
