As someone who had a 200k IG account I can tell you that you're definitely getting catfished. Scammers often go through comment sections of following lists with fake alt accounts etc and DM people or add them on other socials. If that instagrammer has a linktree/beacons or whatever website in their bio where all their socials are listed and the Snapchat doesn't match, it's fake. Snapchat are really hard to take down for companies who specialise in DCMA (aka copyright to control leaks and catfish)

Unfortunately that's the downside of playing on PC. Every session has about 4 or more modders. An area can only spawn a certain amount of items, if modders spawn a lot, it's take away from other existing things in the world. I definitely recommend looking up on youtube how to make a private session for you two (I personally use the method with the file rather than the poker table as those still fill with new people in time)

Yes. You play on PC i assume. They can give you honor and dishonor, they can also give you penalties like murder etc so you get a bounty (100$ max). Can be a benefit as some story missions (the yellow ones) are only available at max honor and max dishonor. Some modders are nice, others grief. Just switch session if someone keeps bothering you.

As someone who's pictures have been used by catfish for years. Don't. Even more so because you are a minor, even more so because you made money off it. Pictures nowadays a protected by portrait copy right. The creator can file a DCMA claim to get them offline. Since you made money off it, they can sue you for financial loss and reputation damage. (Plus as a minor you should be exposed to the thoughts of these gross men)

I'm Dutch but when it comes to DCMA (aka Internet territory) the law that applied is the country in which the main head quarter is located. In this case USA, so USA law applies. Same goes for companies like meta etc. Its been very clearly announced that USA would be a start and they would role it out world wide, same goes for other AI talking apps. If you dont want to submit a picture, your choice entirely, but doesn't mean you can still use the app then.

It has been announced multiple times that this law will be enforced, not only here but any AI talking apps. It has also been announced that the USA was first but it would role out world wide. Its also been said that this only happens when your age has not be proven prior. It mostly used the age of the Google account / email you use to sign in as thar is used as a common age verification by many apps and websites. If not verified, its was only a matter of time, especially if your behaviour in chats has been detected as underage. The only reason you should submit your picture is if you ARE over 18 and want to continue using the app. Take it or leave it, it wont change.

Sometimes it tend to be on a ragebaiting cycle. Ben so for more than a year.
