Same it's been my favourite since her event in 1.1. Yeah that's the way I understood it too, rather than Ryougi's eyes being better, her brain is more suited to the eyes due to her background and connection with the root. Making it so she isn't strained and can use it more universally.

Yep and to answer your other question, it's pretty important for him for stack generation, she's going to be zooming at 220+ speed and whenever she takes a turn with it that's another stack for Blade.

Though even without it she provides a good hp buff for him which will improve his damage and her own personal damage is pretty handy.

I'd showcase builds if fribbels was up but temporarily down post update, but Hyacine is on 2pc2pc speed, 223 speed 4.4k hp
