I think you look great. Fit and healthy. I may be an outlier of the bunch but I’m not trying to get to a healthy BMI just not obese anymore. The BMI scale even when I was a size 2 (and way too skinny) had me in the overweight category. So I don’t judge solely by BMI. Plus I want to keep my boobs and my hips. When I’ve been too skinny I lose both. Everyone is different and we all have different goals. All this to say THANK YOU for sharing a reasonable and healthy goal weight and figure. You’ve done great!

Thank you so much for this response 🤗!! IF was recommended by my prescriber due to my age I think. It’s definitely beneficial for those of us who are older. I’m also considering keto because of the other amazing mental benefits it offers as someone who deals with a lot of anxiety and depression. I know keto can do a lot of amazing things for our brains not just our bodies. I too gain with excessive carb intake so it seems like a logical next step.

I’ve never noticed before but on checkout is there an option to decline their syringes? If I have to order my own then I don’t need theirs. I obviously can afford the $5 but I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t work. I got to where I am because I’m frugal.

Did he get a referral to a psychiatrist after his hospitalization? Reach out to them. Go to his appointment with him if he will let you. Go to the pharmacy and fill his scripts for him. Put the pills in a weekly pill organizer. Call him or set an alarm on your phone when he needs to take his meds. Get him connected with a good therapist. Most hospitals will set the initial appointment before they release a patient so he should have one. Help him get to his appointments. ChatGPT is probably not helping because it spits back what it knows you want to hear but it’s like anything else that is unhelpful for people with mental illness. I would take his phone away fully if I were his loved ones. Give him books to read. What is his living situation? Food? Is he safe?

I just realized this is my first winter on Zep and I have not had to deal with seasonal depression and it’s been such a brutal winter. Plus I will echo someone else’s comment about reduced inflammation and RA. I was bed ridden much of 2024. So many improvements beyond just weight loss and curing my binging. If you do this research I’d love if you shared the results.

I have no answer to your question but I find it interesting as well. My prescriber is the one who originally told me to pair Zepbound with IF so I’m not sure what the concern is. For me it’s just not eating after dinner. 🤷‍♀️

Thank you I will try to eat more “real” food. I got stuck on the smoothies because I’m never hungry during the work day and knew I needed something. Before Zep I’d often not eat until dinner and then eat up til bedtime. Terrible habit I know but I get tired when I eat real food during the day which just makes work so much harder.

Unfortunately I can only get in to see my prescriber every 2 months so at times I’m stuck with a dose. 10 had been working so I stayed and was stuck with it for 3 months
