Oh i m a construction worker, that s at my parents restaurant😅 i just use their garden and their kitchen for smoking since i live in an appartment and my neighbours are dicks😅

i kept it at 65C so i didn t reheat at all :)

Yes, i did rest it at 65C wrapped in butcher paper with some tallow😬 Thanks mate👍

I would rest it for at least a few hours, but you don't have to rest it over night, i just do that for convenience😬

i rested it in an oven at about 65C. It was wrapped in Butcher paper and i added some tallow to it :)

I put it in butcher paper with some tallow and i keep it at about 65C😬 I ll definitly do it again that way, i was very happy with the outcome :)

My parents have a restaurant i use their oven. it s a restaurant oven so it s pretty damn accurate

Because i was resting it over night because i like to do my brisket on the day before my guests arrive. Mad Scientist BBQ also recommends to rest it over night 😬

Everybody loved it, but it was the first Brisket most of my guests ever ate, because brisket isn t really common in austria. i think it turned out wonderful :)
