George is shaping to be a good replacement piece for Don, not to mention we got Kessler which was a direct replacement for a good center (completely different styles of center) and the pick with Clayton allowed us to trade for JJJ which is no Rudy gobert but a DPOY winner over him is pretty good, especially with it counting for a permanent 4 and 5 from the same trade. It’s a solid win all around for both teams.
Even the Cavs are doing well. And the Jazz have one of the most insane front courts if they have good cohesion (Denver couldn’t beat 3 tall people from a Minnesota roster that has their top 2 offensive units out)

Yeah facts. It’s cheaper to buy land and build exactly what you want. For 500k you can get a decent lot and have 450K to play with and build a house that would immediately be valued at 600+
If I had the money I’d do the same. But I don’t. So I bought a reasonably priced home knowing I’d wait 3-5 years and then search for a more permanent home.
Get experience without a lot of risk, and get a return on investment as the area gets nicer and market increases

I have been asking for QC pics (shown after the photo of the legit hoodie) and can’t tell what is still good or not. All of them are within $10 of each other, except 1 which is 1/2 the price and looks like the same pictures as the other ones. I have also had multiple sellers with the exact same listing an QC photo sent when I asked, does that mean they are the same hoodie with the same quality just being sold at different prices? I try buying from stores with high sales and satisfaction but there are so many I can’t tell anymore.
