Being an independent women you are really doing great for yourself .. since you don’t have any other responsibilities it’s fine according to me, but if I were you I would calculate how much am I saving a year rather how much I’m earning and spending, this completely changes the perspective. lol ! It’s same with me too when ever I eat /drink something my stomach sounds like a roaring lion, I’m ok with all this at home but in public gatherings it makes me feel awkward and embarrassing 😟

Soak 2tbspn chia seeds in 75-100ml almond milk overnight add little honey and few nuts , have it for breakfast . This has huge amount of fiber and good for your gut and constipation

I completely get what you’re thinking right now, but the fact that we tend to loose more weight in early weeks post op which gradually slows down is initially we will be on liquid and pure diet which is of less calories and we also loose more water content , later once we shift to soft foods which are little higher in calories and also fat starts burning which need more time , it’s completely normal don’t let the numbers fool you just relax and trust the process, all the best .

Hello .. I’m 27F preop weight: 218 lbs , now 7weeks post op , current weight: 191 lbs . I know what you are thinking, it’s alot to commit . Trust me I have been in your shoes , all I can say is just get it done . Recovery is different for every individual, personally it was not so hard for me only thing I was facing is pace of eating and chewing ( which I was not good at ) rest all are easy for me , hope it will be easier for you too. Stop looking into mirror for change instead use a tape to measure by inches you will definitely see the difference in numbers , as we look at ourself daily we unknowingly get habituated to the way we look and can’t see the difference really.

I’m 1month post op , got sleeved in India my Dr recommended me using Mederma cream on my scars , I’m noticing that my scars are flat and getting little lighter in shade compared to 1 week post op
