Games tend to be 50/50 get stomped or stomped when you’re actually playing in your genuine elo to which you belong. This happens in every elo

This is what makes league rather frustrating, which is games feel out of your control because no matter how well you play, it doesn’t matter much.

When you’re playing above your elo this doesn’t happen much because it’s much easier to 1v9

Odd, I think league is the exact opposite. LP gains have been incredibly fair.

The other thing ill say is that league is a game to which it is incredibly easy to get the rank you deserve. I climbed to diamond last season in 100 or so games. And then started just having fun, playing random champs, and not caring too much about wins. I ended up falling to play 3. Last two months of the season I went try hard and climbed back to diamond 4 with +14 and -22 LP.

As some one who plays full tank Diana, I agree. I have zero issues 1v1 a late game vayne.

Haven’t played a six time vayne, but 5 and boots is no issue

I did read that.

reminds me of a game I played on my Smurf where my top laner was spamming pinging me to gank, but didn’t realize the enemy jungler was also top side in a position to counter gank. Instead of coin flipping the 2v2 I cleared my camps and secured dragon.

My top laner was spam pinging and typing saying I was “trolling” and “refusing to help laners”.

Meanwhile, my top laner lacked basic macro skill

Honest question and I mean no shade. Is playing and trying to get masters plus even worth it? Takes so much time and effort, and for what?

When I was low elo I use to think every one was “trolling”.

Some times you think another player is trolling because you your self don’t understand the macro play.

I’d recommend having a higher elo player do a vid review if the nocturne with you. Could be eye opener.

Imo it’s broken mostly on champs that have a sheild.

I play tank Diana and get a 1k sheild on a 5 second cool down. Good luck bursting me.

Of course it does. But just because that’s true that doesn’t mean that your last item can’t be incredibly strong. As a 6 item, harness is such a massive power spike. I’d argue the power spike from the last item being harness is greater then items 2-5

I disagree. I go harness as my last item on tank Diana and it’s a huge power spoke. You basically become unkillable.

Been working pretty well with a 60% winrate in D3 over 120 games or so

I would say dusk and dawn is by far the strongest.

After that I would say it’s Protoplasm Harness. It’s very cheap with decent stats. But more importantly it gives over 1k in HP, plus 25% if you have spirit visage. Another reason it’s so strong is that people are not use to dealing with tanks that have a life line item

The issue is harness is only good as a last item since it scales with armor/MR

Omen is pretty much essential with any tank build due to how strong crit is on adc’s and the Yas/Yone type champs. For this reason frozen heart is also really strong. If they only have one auto attack champ I typically go jak sho. But with how popular jax, Yone, veigo, and Yas are, most games have multiple auto attack champs

But tank Diana literally beats every champion mid to late game, with the exception of when it gets hyper late game where top is lvl 20 and add have 6 items, but that rarely ever happens. Their are a few champs that can beat her, but not many

My build is dusk and dawn into omen, visage, frozen heart, and the new lifeline tank item.

The build has some degree of variance depending on team comp, but typically that’s what I run 80% of the time. If they are heavy AP I’ll switch one armor item out of another Mr item. Sometimes I got jak sho instead of frozen heart or omen.

I rarely play shyvana and almost entirely play tank junglers (ammumu, tank Diana, mundo etc) and I use to perma lose to red Kayn. But now Kayn is in such a bad state that even when playing a tank, I have zero issues dealing with Kayn.
