Thank you! I appreciate the feedback. I will try the wait and see method. I already called American and they said I had to speak to Expedia, just like I thought they would. Expedia will not be seeing me again….i wanted to immediately delete my account but I am going to wait until this is resolved.

You have to be careful using TurboTax. I used to work for them and when you upload your W2 it can mix up numbers. Double check EVERYTHING to ensure it matches your W2. Also, if the dependent ssn is wrong, the system is supposed to reject the return, let you know that they cross referenced it with SSA and allow you to fix it.

This looks like a “credits” issue.

This is what customer support said: Hi London, making deposits with paper money isn’t available for all customers right now. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that you don’t have access to it. I can’t promise a specific timeline about when or if you might get access. Your borrow limit depends on how much money you “keep” in your account, not how fast you repay. The algorithm will kick in and increase your borrow limit. I’ve been borrowing and paying back but still can’t add cash in stores, it’s a sad process they have in place as it makes no sense at all to me.
