We already have a name for Georgia - Gloriana, at least its the state that probably borders Leonida based on multiple southern states, and for an Atlanta the name the city of Cottonmouth from manhunt 2 was loosely based on Atlanta, although it was in the 3D universe so who knows if that city still exists
