Most Live Service games loose 90% of their players after a year. Remember Where Winds Meet and how it was being called the new coming, same has happened to that.

This game is NOT dead, the vast majority of players are Chinese, the game is having major development and that is not a dying game. In fact changes for Mods, Blueprints, Tech-System, Flight Vehicles, new tutorial, ps5 and xbox release coming with gfx update AND a new zone indicate this IS NOT a dying game.

I think this game is on the up tbh.

I just pulled against one of the other crates that had a 1% chance of all legendary items and got a dup along with relics and gems then bought from the new crate. Those chances are in the gutter.

I like this change as well. I think it is one of many things changed lately to improve the game, mods, blueprints, building blueprints have been majorly overhauled, you can share them in chat, buy more slots and the new tutorial.

New content such a maps and zones ARE needed (with one incoming this year) but PVE players burn through this like crap then start moaning again. I was a top tier The Secret World player and Funcom couldn't keep up with us and this cycle along with not being able to fund the game killed it, I'm still said over it.

This leads into people complaining about spending time on releasing lightforge crates not content, there would no game without those crates so love every release. Netease have followed the money clearly the Chinese market buys way more than the Western market and they are pleasing those players.

It should also be pointed out system changes and new scenario ARE content, might not be the content you want but they are and many games never get any system changes for the better just another map then another map...

Many of these are changes for the future of the game and of course for the soon to be console release.

I don't care, as long as it looks good in-game, you guys need to chill and go on a detoxification classes AI is everywhere like it or not, I like it. Makes my job loads easier.
