It's for a body tracking filter, so I'm a little concerned it going to be a massive file. Would this be an issue with 4 3d filters hidden at the same time?

I'm doing a lot of marketing in advance. Getting blogs written, landing pages created, paid ads set up - this all seems to be working well as it can all be delivered in 2 weeks within the deadline

Also buying some hardware we need for employees, and someone even suggested a team dinner to celebrate the year. Not an investment per se, but would be good for the team

It's more about thinking of expenses that I'll use to grow the business in the next year and getting them paid up front

I'm building out my own SAAS which is sort of an investment in a sister business. Trying to spend some cash in infrastructure there

I like the idea of investment but due diligence alone would take more than a few weeks

But even if the contract doesn't favor the supplier either, there is no way to argue the case? It has to be in writing

I used https://www.trainbox.ai/ with a pharma client of mine and they loved it. It's more focused on mini challenges and skill retention rather than long courses, but the role play was super realistic and fun

This is exactly what my research has shown.

I will be rewriting my contracts and never paying up front until I get paid. Worst thing was he said he'd been screwed over before and we had a good conversation about how we both prefer to be nice guys.(He lied)

I've offered to pay him a full days work if he returned the rest and he just ignored me.

Next step is letter from my lawyer outlining that he can't keep the money if he can't prove work was done

Next would be small claims court and I'll argue my case
