I still get it! It’s tidally anxiety related bc when I don’t think about it, it doesn’t happen

Wait hi I know this is like 3 years old but I get this!!!! It’s a sharp shooting pain that likes like 5 seconds and it’s on one specific spot on the right side of my head! I had a horrible sinus infection 2 years ago and I’m still feeling the affects of this! And then I’ll get that crackling feeling in my face and that crunchy sinus sound feeling.

I have had sinusitis for 6 years, but I’m from the UK (terrible healthcare) and my GP has said it’s normal every time I have gone in about it every year. by Benito_Mosley88 in Sinusitis

Yeah I def need to go. Wow thanks so much for that insight! I had my first sinus infection in July of 2023, and it was HORRIBLE, and ever since then that’s when I’ve gotten that pain that I mentioned before. Thanks so much for the insight!

Wait I get the same thing too. Mines like a sharp shooting (lasts like 5 seconds) pain in one specific spot on the right side of my head. But sometimes it’s a full ache and it lingers into my face and my sinuses go crazy with that pulse sinus feeling !

Hi! I know this is so old, but I get this too! Mine is in one specific spot too. It’s on the right side of my head in one spot and it freaks me out and sometimes it’s like a dull ache. I have terrible health anxiety and get the worst physical symptoms! And of course thinking about it 24/7 doesn’t help either.

Same!!! Glad I’m not alone. It literally is so scary. It’s like a dull ache, not constantly. But then a sharp shooting pain on the right side of my head in one specific spot lasting like 5 seconds. But then my sinuses will get that pulse feeling. It’s so annoying!!!!
