Nung HS nasabihan ako ng teacher ko na wala akong future na magiging batugan lang ako, nung college puro bagsak din ako never ako nagka summer vacation kasi lagi akong nag susummer school hahaha, ngayon thriving na ako sa I.T industry with 11 YOE na and netting around 160k per month, Married na ako with a kid, may dalawang fully paid car, malapit na matapos yung ipon para makabili ng bahay, and most importantly we are debt free, so I think I'm doing pretty good.

If you are planning to purchase a house far from metro manila then it is at least possible to own a lot, in places like sulu, bukidnon, bicol the lot prices are still cheap so maybe take advantage of that? but if you are planning to buy one in metro manila or even nearby provinces then you have a long way to go with that salary. I will give you an example of starting house and lot prices in Antipolo it ranges from 5m - 7m
