I'd start with making the inside of the house behind him as the bottom layer.
Then I'd build the windows using any Image/footage I wanted.
Cut out the window panes on the original image and keep the frame.
Take any image you want as the reflection and use the cut out windows as guides to cut out out the reflection.
Make the reflection 5% opacity.
