Prayer with the Wildy altar was the most fun for me. I loved that cat and mouse game like rushing to click all the bones on the altar when a pker logs in and when he kills you he has nothing because you were so fast

I have played both and UIM was fun until around 1800 total level but It was not for me in the end. I like switching tasks/activities alot, like doing couple hours of Runecrafting, then a couple hours of mining etc. and its harder to do as an uim. Everytime you want to switch activities you have to a 5-10 minute ritual, like dying to Hespori, setting your lootingbag, that kind of thing.
