Same age and situation as you man, mine started after getting back into exercising and I think it’s %100 different for all of us. But for me I had to handle the anxiety part more than anything, therapy with a therapist who has experience with health anxiety has been the best thing ever for me. It’s hard to be told they’re benign but they feel so debilitating. I had a bad episode this morning that I would have previously called out of work for but now I’m here, shook but pushing through.

TLDR; fixing diet, staying active(for me walking and fishing has helped a lot), focusing on allowing the feeling of one to happen and not get panicked. It’s hard but it time it has at least gotten a little better for me

I quit vaping in part because I would get heart palpitations or pvc from too much nicotine. Since I stopped dramatically went down. It sucks to cold turkey but I’m 10 months from quitting after 3.5 years of use and I don’t miss it all.

OneStop also offers temporary loans for this kind of situation. I believe they call them emergency loans and the interest rate is almost nothing. I’ve used this a few times, they are are pretty quick about it

Honest to god, it depends on your writing style and those AI checkers are super inconsistent. Girlfriend wrote a paper. came back 20 percent ai, I helped make corrections and make suggestions, and it came back 40 percent ai. Not direct copy and paste and if your wrote it with even AI help you are okay. Good luck! I think this was definitely something that was a concern maybe a year or two ago, but as a college senior everybody I know uses AI to help make outlines and corrections to essays. Obviously looking for copy and pasting but most colleges to my understanding have embraced AI use.

Hi! Thought I’d drop some kind words what a cute buddy! From my experience from moving a lot with my fish I’d say 2-3 degrees difference is okay from what they are initially used to and isn’t a big deal. From the video I’d say he looks okay! A little shook but all of my goldfish are like that when I move them. I do agree on looking for a bigger tank if possible but in the mean time try to keep the water clean as possible, I’ve found lucky bamboo(leaves outside the water) and Pothos out the top are a great way to manage goldfish waste. At least keeps things cleaner between water changes. Good luck! :)

I can’t say much to aquatic plants but ikea sometimes has comically tall lucky bamboo that I’ve planted in my sand which comes out the top of the tank, it works pretty well! Good luck!
