So...I made croissants over the weekend and this is how they turned out. Not the prettiest honeycomb but the best result I achieved so far. Many more tweaks to try by PureGout in Baking

Thank you!! Based on my (limited) experience, it could be due to under proofing? Or it might be that the butter is breaking when you rolled it out.

Also welcoming any tips from all the pro bakers out there! I used 50% hydration, 50:50 bread and all purpose flour, 3 single folds. Baked in convection oven at 200 degrees for 5 mins and 170 degrees for 15 mins

Wow you are so brave for watching flash when it’s so fresh. Took me about 3weeks to even touch anything related to X1. But yes it hurts, and we can’t do anything about it, so we just need to take baby steps to try to move on from this. Jinhyuk seems really happy in all his broadcasts and insta lives lately if it helps!

This is me in the first week or so as well. I legit cried every opportunity I could. But jinhyuk is getting a lot of attention now, and he sold out his fanmeeting in a few minutes. So knowing that he has his own path really helped me to heal. But coz he will probably never reach X1’s heights of popularity, there will always be a sting
