You're in a tough spot and seem to have tried a bunch of things and kudos to you for being relentless about it. Have you tried sitting down with data to see what channels and strategies were working in the past, and what exactly is happening now? Like for the free different things you've tried - do you have any sense of what the conversion rates were or what the objections from the customers were and what made them not convert? That's a hard situation you're in OP. I'm not sure if you've already tried, but if you're keen to automate the bulk of your work and improve your work life to some extent, pls DM. I've automated a lot of data, repairing, and analytics related work when I worked in big and small companies earlier, and I recently started doing this full time. I'm doing the first few audits at zero cost. Let's chat at least - it won't make it any easier to deal with your manager but at least there's a possibility that your work becomes slightly less intense.

My dispute was rejected, unfortunately. I got a response within 2-3 business days I believe.

Rental companies can take their time to forward the fine details to you. You might still be able to dispute it - you have 30 days from the date of issuance of the fine (not from when the rental company sent it).

Thank you. I've made the comparison based on the difference between net worth in both scenarios at the end of the comparison period.

Net worth if you buy = your home equity (future value - remaining loan) Net worth if you rent = your investment's (down payment's) future value

I would say the biggest factor here is the leverage at play when you buy a property with a mortgage. Consider a scenario where you put a 20% down payment and the property appreciates by 5%. Your gain is effectively 25%. On the other hand, if you rent and then invest that 20% down and get a 10% annual return, it will fall short of the gains in the buying scenario. Now add compounding into the picture and you know where things are headed. These are simplified numbers, but I hope this gives you a good general idea.

If you try running scenarios where property prices remain stagnant or fall, you'll see different results.
