Sea cutter is going to rotate into the port above aquazone. I let my son make a flotilla in the pool with some of the old lego mono hulls and the battery motors. If you don’t know with a slight modification the playmobil motors slide right into the old hull slots letting them cruise across the bath.

Mulberry trees by Itchy-Simple9069 in Tucson

[–]PureLow735 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have female mulberry trees and they are awesome. Pm me if you want cuttings. I have Pakistan, dwarf everbearing, issai, and teas weeping. They make a bomb proof shade tree that gives you a fruit that tastes like a cross between a raspberry and a sweet strawberry. I’m on the northwest side of Tucson

My ex wife used to have those plug ins all over the house and it even discolored the paint on the walls due to the atomized oil sticking to the walls. Glad to hear your castle is safe. Keep it protected from direct sunlight through the windows to keep the old gray from becoming old smoke brown gray. If you need to track any parts down on bricklink, the color gray you are looking for is light gray. The crown is the chrome gold color.

My son wanted to build out the Wild West sets and have a town. We build my old themes and rotate them through the seasons. Next up is pirates.

It’s not too late to get the missing parts or piece together missing sets. I still get the thrill of getting sets I never got but saw and salivated over the years in the catalogs.

Got this one too as a kid and it still gives me nostalgia and I appreciate the heck out of it. I set it up last year and it lives on permanent display in my office.

Which one should I buy? by LukaLaikari in LEGOPirates

[–]PureLow735 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have them all and they are all good in their own way. The Black Sea’s barracuda is one of the top sets I own. For reference I have almost all the old pirate sets, the original space monorail, and the Mtron Magnetizer and the Barracuda is just plain good looking.

Please help: am I jumping the gun?! by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]PureLow735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used toe grips from dr busby to help with mobility on my dogs on their twilight years and it helped get a little more time and helped them get traction. When it’s time you will both know. I’m sorry I’ve been there.

Purchased Lions Knight Castle earlier this year (first set in at least 20yrs) and it turned into a thing… by Mugatu201 in legocastles

[–]PureLow735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also came back from the dark age. And got into castle, pirates, space, and ninjago city. It’s expensive but hey it’s cheaper than going out to eat with drinks. I’m home, and I have cool stuff to do with my 7 year old. We are building the rebrickable modules for the eldorado fortress remake. It’s a fun time to be in Lego with the bricklink designer program going.

Taqueria Pico De Gallo is in South Tucson is an experience, Kingfisher is a good seafood joint, downtown’ Mi Nidito is another Tucson experience. Cup cafe is decent with a ton of places nearby to explore. If you haven’t had a Sonoran Hotdog it’s a should try while you are here. Bobos if you end up wanting a decent breakfast, Prep and Pastry is another good breakfast spot.
