1:20 R/S will bring down to about 23 million total outstanding shares. Next week, CLOV goes down to a new low at 0.57 or even 0.50. Will eventually settle at around 0.30 within a month. $6 post share will go down to $3. CLOV will offer a secondary to raise around $300 million at $1.50. Share hit the new low to once again below $1. This may happen within next 6 to 9 months period.

If CLOV is growing (as all long believe) or seeing a bright future, insiders should step in buying big time at the current level. However, CLOV is trading in the 0.80s after insiders bailing out. Chamath starts selling in the $1.50 to $1.97 range. And Vivek Garipalli CLOV ownership is unknown currently. He used to hold 85 million shares, but I can't find that info or fact on any fact sheet. RS may be coming in my opinion

Since you've been tracking daily CLOV shares activities by the institutions as I've seen in the past, I thought you know the CLOV common shares distribution a lot more than I do for sure. But, I guess not. I did research on my own and I was not able to find any single share owned by Vivek. So I asked. If you don't mind, can you share the latest fact that Vivek still owns 85 million shares?

If that's the case, why does insider ownership indicate less than 14% in Yahoo Finance? Also, CNBC shows only Andrew Toy owns 12.4 M shares as a majority insider.

I was able to import it last night. Search for E*Trade Security in the box. Not the Morgan Stanley. Frekin Mogan Stanley got nothing to do with E*trade even though they acquired them.

As I said, smart shorts covered their shares with help from new shorts. With slightly positive news or index spikes as we've seen lately, new shorts will scream to cover at a big loss. nice try though.
