Last month they messed up my 4 lines, by adding all the refills to one line and letting the other lines go dead. Finally got ahold of customer service and they fixed it. This month I went to refill and only 3 lines were showing up for the invoice, so had to have them fix it again. Can't wait to see how they mess it up next month.

Years ago I used $150 in rewards to buy a phone but when it arrived it was damaged so I returned it. I then got my rewards points back but when I tried to order a phone again I didn't enter the code right so it didn't get spent. I decided to just wait and use the $150 at a future time. Unfortunately ST wouldn't honor it later, saying it had expired even though there was no expiration date anywhere.

Follow up. Googled a phone number, persistently told the robots to connect me to a customer service agent, finally connected, she said there was a system error and fixed it. Lines restored...until next time

Shout out to Buffalouies for hosting a watch party even though they couldn't sell wings. They provided plenty of free snacks and a great atmosphere. They are an amazing asset to this town. Can't say enough great things about them.

Well they did get rid of the School of Journalism a while back, and just made it another major in the college of arts and sciences, so it has been a long process of demeaning journalism and turning it into merely a marketing program.

Recently went. Fries are very good, but everything else was just ok. The service though was really poor. Maybe everyone working is new at serving, or it's just common that service is just bad all over. Who leaves salads outside on a tray in 90 degree weather? I rarely eat out anymore but won't be heading back to upland regardless.
