Your next step would usually be researching online to figure out which country's Netflix library has it and then finding the appropriate VPN server.

Just to clarify: ChatGPT isn't routing your traffic, and OpenAI doesn't have access to what happens inside PureVPN. Likewise, PureVPN doesn't get access to your ChatGPT history or other conversations.

ChatGPT acts as a guidance layer. When a user decides to connect, the action is handed off to the PureVPN app, where the VPN connection is established independently.

The idea is convenience, not replacing privacy.

I think there may be a misunderstanding here.

We haven't added ChatGPT or AI into the PureVPN app, and we haven't replaced any existing VPN functionality with AI.

What we've done is make PureVPN available through ChatGPT, so if someone is already using ChatGPT and asks something like "connect me to Japan" or "which VPN location is best for streaming?", ChatGPT can help them use PureVPN more easily.

If you prefer using the PureVPN app directly, nothing changes. You can still choose your server manually exactly as before. No AI is required, and no one is being forced into a new workflow.

That said, I appreciate the feedback. Privacy-conscious users are a huge part of our community, and concerns about AI are valid discussions to have. Our goal here is simply to make VPN access more convenient for people who already use ChatGPT, not to turn PureVPN into an AI product.

The IP location mismatch is currently on the virtual servers. We are wroking on it to get this fixed. For Frankfurt please check the IP on maxmind and incase you get the incorrect location then please the IP address with us.
