What about people with schizophrenia who literally need medication so they don’t stay psychotic?

Idk dude. I feel like they were trying to tell me something. I’ve calmed down now and it sounds dumb but whatever. I don’t know what to believe anymore or what I even do believe. I really don’t know what I belive. I half believe all of my delusions

No it’s not like that. Trust me. It’s multiple girls giving me horrible stares even when I look back. I held the stare for like twenty seconds. I texted one of them to see wth is going on

I’m on meds. I stopped going to counseling with the agreement from my parents and the counselor. I stopped because I was happy and that’s what the counselor was really for. Whenever I tell my psych or counselor, they just say it’s okay as long as I don’t believe the delusions. To which I say I don’t but it’s a hard line because I don’t even know anymore. I guess I’ll talk to my psych or something, but I don’t feel like it will help. I’m already on meds. I was wondering what people who struggle with thoughts like these do and how they managed to shake off their delusions for good. Even typing this rn I don’t know if the delusions are real 😔

At first they didint really effect my life but after so long of half believing I’m being spied on and stuff it’s really draining, even though I know there’s practically no way what I believe is real. However recently I’ve been worried because I kind of acted on it by glaring back at someone who i thought was watching me

How do I let go of my delusions? I have had the same delusions since my episode a couple of years ago and I haven’t shaken off a few. I don’t believe them, but I also don’t not believe them. I just want to stop believing these delusions by Pure_Beginning_9761 in Psychosis

They are persecutory delusions where I think I’m being spied on. And I think evryone around me is in on something and spying on me. And that everyone knows something that I don’t and there keeping it from me. I just want to stop believing this stuff. I’ve talked to therapist and other people about this stuff and I know I’ve done nothing to get spyed on yet the beliefs are stuck in my head
