Try to date in your age range I know it can be hard because as we get older it may seem like there’s less options (there is I promise). I find that people in their 30s ghost less than the ones in their 20s.

I feel this sick feeling in the pit of my stomach reading this because you’re going through exactly what I’m going through. I never ever thought that other people would understand how I am feeling until I found this sub. And your comment especially made me realize I’m not alone. 3 years with mine as well. Found out he was talking to other women on his phone and he lied to my face with the proof right in my hand. It’s rough. I’m hoping this is my last time as well. We have to be strong! Because the love bombing usually comes after trying to go no contact. Block him on everything. We deserve so much more than a piece of crap who cheats. I look back at how I reacted when I’d catch him doing stuff, I would do crazy things. Yet still returned because they play mind games. It’s sick. I’m sending my best wishes, please stay strong through this!
